Question
Hi.What is a talent show or singing competition available for chldren that are like 12 and up?
I would like to be a singer....

I'm glad that you enjoy singing, and I encourage you to sing as much as you can, in all sorts of styles. See what there is in your school, try local choirs, or look for clubs.
I warn you very strongly against talent shows and singing competitions that say you will be starting a singing career. It just isn't so, and people who try that route end up poorer, and no closer to being a professional.
Realistically, there is no work for a twelve-year-old with no experience and no connections in the business.
Don't get lost down the public and professional route. Sing and enjoy it, sing a lot and get better at it, attract the attention of a teacher and slowly begin to be more ambitious.
