Question
I have an original painting by Istvan Almady.. I was wondering if you know anything about the artist and his work?

I would also be interested in selling the painting and wondering about your suggestion how to go about it.
Hello.........unfortunately all I found about Istvan Almady is that he is deceased and Hungarian. Not sure if there is a market for his paintings....other than trying the usual art centered websites and/or eBay.
You might have seen this:
Richard Almady: is an extraordinary guitarist and quite the composer. His artistic talent was inherited by his Bohemian father the late Istvan Almady, a famous artist and sculptor from their native born country of Hungary.
