hello sir

from being child , I had a hobby to make movie subtitles , brands names , logos design of ads ( by using colors , manual sketching , transparent papers ,  manual cut and paste)

that hobby has been before computer graphics revolutions since 1993

so is that talent ? if yes which studies or degree can I take to improve that talent ?

Hello..........my belief is that most creativity is in the genes....and that practice can enhance it, but not make it happen.

So with that caveat.....I would say of course you have a creative talent....and if you have an interest in pursuing a degree or at least a formal education, then I would suggest graphic design.  The best school in the country is the Savannah College of Art and Design...check out their website:

If that is not within your immediate future, try a local community college or local university....and go and speak with an admission counselor.
