Question
When a gallery requests you visit them to see your portfolio, what materials should you include in the portfolio?

Answer
For your portfolio to be presented to the gallery....put in the following perhaps either
in three ring binder [a nice one] or a folder with pockets where you can put the info.

A one pager about your Background [resume/artist statement/other exhibitions
contact INFO, etc.]

Samples of your work....on individual pages  [8 x 10 photo's work well]...with titles, and
if you have pricing the suggested retail price.

Copies of any news stories, award letters, etc. [But don't go overboard].

Keep it simple and easy for the gallery director/representative to easily get the idea
of who you are and the style of your works.

Good luck!
