Question
I have an old painting of Palm Springs, CA.  I cannot make out the artist's first name, but the last name is Roth.  It is very big, the painting itself is 27 x 46, and with the frame it is about 2 1/2 ft by 4 1/2 feet.  It seems to be oil on canvas, but it could be acrylic.  It is in a gilded frame made by Harold Reed in the 1930's.

Answer
Hello....not sure what the question you are posing.....if it is: "what is the first name of this artist".....I could only recommend a search thru Google or another search engine.  There is a website that lists all artists whose works have sold at auction.....you might check there too.

Good luck,
