Do you perhaps know about an artist-instruction-book that deals with the differences in facial appearance between different peoples of the world? Since the books I got are all so much focused on the ‘typical’ western face, which doesn’t seem very fair to me.

You can also just try "facial features between cultures"...and you get a host of different websites.
