1) M.B.A., Specialization: Human Resource Management
2) M.Com., Specialization: Financial Accounting & Analysis

Experience:
1) Three years in Field Operations Department as Team Leader, handled 60 members team (Recent)
2) Two years in Marketing Department as Team Leader, handled 8 members team

Good at:
1) Handling Team
2) Leading Training Sessions
3) Research
4) Analyzing
5) Report Writing

Interest Area:
1) Human Resource Management
2) Finance Analysis

The question which is making making my brain come out is, in present market situation and future perspective...

Which path (HR or Finance) have better growth, pay scale & future...

Please help me... I'll be waiting for your invaluable suggestions and information...

Please address me as ma'am.  Financial Accounting pays more than HR due to having a high demand for it in our economy.  I would recommend going this route because it gives you the opportunity to grow in your field.  I hope this helps, and that you have a wonderful week.
