Question
Sir,

I am working as process dy manager in a cement plant after my graduation in chemical engineering.I have the experience of 15 years in the field of process analysis and optimisation. Now I am doing executive MBA (3 years duration) from sambalpur university .

My question is what is the job opportunities after my completion of course and can I switch over to any other industry or sector ? I want to switch over from regular engineering job to management job for decision analysis and leading the overall objective of the company ?

Answer
With having your MBA, you are able to switch easily between the industry or sector of your choice because of studying management.  You should not have any problem with this because of how high of a demand this degree is worldwide, and the fact that more executives are needed.  I encourage you to take that risk, and before you know it you will be in your career.
