Careers: Business/should i quit my first job. its been only 3m onths

Its just been three months since I joined my first job and I already want to quit because
1) The working hours are almost 12-14 hrs
2) The pay is extremely low
3) I am overqualified - educational wise and It doesnt directly relate to my field of study ( i am a chartered accountancy final student and i work in custody banking that doesnt require a CA/CPA. any MBA or business degree holder is ok)
4)I am not able to perform as much as other colleagues who joined at the same time as me.
5)the environment is very competitive and requires non stop monitoring and being on your toes.

The reason I am still sticking to this job is because
1) I m awaiting my CA final exam results
2) the team is fun and jovial
3)i havent found another job yet.

Its jst been three months and I am already getting feedback to perform better and faster which is demotivating me since I was never trained properly. There is an appointed trainer but he let other new joinees train me and I am expected to grasp knowledge from whomever I discuss work with. I am primarily uncomfortable because of the working hours that stretch easily upto 12hours or more and i am not even being paid for it. I am also demotivated by the pressure and competition at this job to perform faster and for longer.

I believe one has to not carry work tension home. As much as I believe in being proactive and forthcoming at work I also believe I shouldnt push myself beyond my limits and what I am being paid for . More so, since I am still a student I want to give enough time for that as well. I took up this job only to get some experience. I am financially dependent on my parents as this job doesnt pay enough to support myself .

Should i quit this job ? Or should I continue working here doing only as much as I can till I qualify my degree and can search for something more suited to my educational background.

Kindly advise.

I would advise you to keep this job until you can find a new one.  Please remember that no job is perfect, but the Lord will use you for His glory as times are tough for everyone worldwide.  Also, you need to make sure your priorities are straight by means of making sure that you do not bring your work tensions home with you.  This can stress anyone out immensely.  The best thing to do when at home is to take care of yourself and to stay focused on finishing your studies, so you can get a job that you are more satisfied with in the near future.  Blessings.

I can answer questions in a variety of questions. For example, "What can a person do in the business field? or Is this field in demand?" The inquiries I can reply to is anything career-related; additionally, I will only answer them if they are in question format.

I have my own business consulting firm. In fact, I am a business owner and have done so for the past five years. My passion is teaching and running my own business, and both of these areas I have succeeded with in my life.
