Careers: Business/What can I do with experience and no degree

Question
Dear Mr Leo Lingham

So I've been working at Chick-fil-A (which is a high quality fast food chain if you don't know depending on where you're from) sense I was 14. I'm 21 now and I'm currently in training to be a leader there. I graduated high school with a 3.4 average and no college education. I was wondering how valuable does this make me look on a resume because the plan was to gain lots of experience with managing people and a business and then take that experience to a much higher paying job. My thoughts hovered around 85k a year for some reason. I've heard businesses are looking for stable committed employees over college degree employees which I see plenty of still getting paid the same as me but with lots more debt.

So I guess my questions are after I learn to and become a leader where can that take me perhaps between a 2-5 year plan

What kind of management jobs would higher someone like me?
Can I expect a high playing job with my background?
Would a corporation hire me and advance my training?
I'm only asking because I've been there for 7 years and I feel like I need to have a plan to move on to a much high paying job and prepare myself for that because I think I'm in a good spot with my resume but I'd like to know where I need to focus on so I'm gathering as much data as I can before I start making decisions.

Thank you for your time and advice
