Responsibilities:
*Oversees  the operational  deliveries  and logistics
*Manages  the  associated  administrative  tasks.
*Ensures  and  Manages  the  receipts of  goods  from  the factory.
*Monitors  the  finished goods  inventory
*Loads, unloads, moves, or stores items according to delivery or routing documents, or supervisor instructions.
*Ensures  supplies are shipped   effectively  to  the  customers.
*Ensures  supplies  are received in an efficient manner  from the  factory.
*Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.
*Evaluates inventory on hand.
*Prepares or reviews distribution documents

* supports  with high energy to lead and motivate the team of administrative and front-line drivers

*manages Safety   system
*ensures compliance

*Anticipate, Identify, Prioritize,& Resolve/Eliminate problems through effective delivery planning and scheduling

*manages  Fleet  movements

*schedules  needs/deliveries based on recent or prior sales and demands  accordingly.

*Plans and assigns  deliveries to maximize productivity and customer service

*Ensures  that committed delivery times are successful as scheduled

*Responds  to and report service failures as required

*Understands, monitors and assists drivers to be in compliance with all DEPARTMENT  OF   TRANSPORT  regulations
