Hi there,
I am having a problem with one of my employees. What would you do if one of your employees would come late to work on a regular basis?

TARDINESS
First find out reasons for the employee to be late
on a regular basis.
If you have good suggestions to help the employee
to change his/her behavior, offer the suggestion.
If it is beyond your control,
-offer 3 opportunities [ warnings] to change
-if there is no change, terminate the employee.
