Question
is there any organic compound which has exception..that it doesnot contain carbon
No. In order to be considered an organic compound, it must contain carbon. Most also contain hydrogen, oxygen or nitrogen. However, there are some carbon containing compounds which are not considered organic. These are typically counter ions in salts, bases and acids and are typically small molecules.
