Question
My windows is damged and I am not able to start it.

I want to backup my Outlook emails.
I am using Laptop, How can I do it.
If I connect my Laptop Harddisk with another computer as external can I backup from any folder.

This is off topic.

But if you do google and search for 'outlook express recovery', you will get a site called http://www.oemailrecovery.com/outlook-express-recovery.html

Looks like .dbx file is what you need to recover.

For connecting laptop hd, you will need to buy a connector or enclosure.  Look at http://www.pricewatch.com/ and search under case for enclosure.
