Question
why is it important that users must be involved in the information system development?.analize reasons briefly.

Answer
90% of people that work on a network have no idea how it works.  A well trained staff can better handle problems when they come into play

A well trained staff kills the "I didn't know I was not suppose to look in the folder or surf on that site excuse)

Feedback in the design of a network from the people who are using it tends to cut off many bugs before that are found the hard way.

Many online companies tend to require differant security lev's in order to get to the data you need.  Knowing why you just got locked out of a page speeds up the fix.

If we understand security we tend not to give out our passwords when co-workers ask.

Basic understanding of how a computer works cuts off the downtime that basic problems cause.  IE  I get tons of calls and send out techs just to find that the system has not been restarted in 5 days and simply needs a reboot.

hope that helps
