Answer American Medical Response in CA (the ambulance company) may offer an EMT-Intermediate corse. AMR is the largest ambulance company in the U.S., and I know they're located in CA as well as NV which is where I'm located. AMR in NV offers EMT-B, EMT-I, and Paramedic traning.
