Well im seriously considering this career but I was wondering how big of a liability is it working as a atc. Do you have to be good at making decisions and do you eventually get the hang of what to do after the schooling. And what do most people think about female atcs. thanks a bunch Bushra

Hi Bushra,
   I am not sure what you mean by is it a liability working as an ATC.  Yes, you have to be very good at making decisions and you will eventually get the hang of it or you will not get certified as a Certified Professional Controller.  There are many women in the field and they are as good as, if not better than the male controllers, it depends on the individual.
