Question
sir,
i am currently in US and thinking of taking a course in aviation management. But do to the fact that i am still undecided about what to do in this course. All i want to know is that what is the difference between MBA in aviation management and aviation management.

thanking you
Leroy

Answer
Hi,

The best way to answer this question is to consult the respective course catalogs for each program.  In general, the MBA in Aviation will focus more on general business practices using aviation examples while the aviation management degree will be a bit more aviation oriented.  The reason for the MBA focus on business is not only the title of the degree (Master's in Business Administration) but because the accreditation requirements for the MBA require that kind of focus (on business).

Again, get a copy of the program coursework from each program you are considering, including course descriptions, in order to effectively compare one program to another.

Best wishes to you,
