Answer
Hi rachit
Right now India is highest employer forpilots all over the world. You see economic aspect in India are really much better then in USA right now, as well as in China too. India is currently hiring pilots from Australia, USA, Europe just because the fact they can not produce enough qualified pilots by themselfs in this moment.
Atually I had two offers by myself for jobs in India for much more money then in USA. So demand for pilots will be in increase there is no question about that in next 10-20 years. But again I am not an psychic and I do not have to have an chrystal ball, that can tell me what will happen tommorow. But based on current demands and needs for pilots will never diminish, especially in countries like India, China right now. There is an stable solid ground for at least next 10-20 years for demands for pilots there.

Good Luck
