ANSWER: Hi,
Thanks for your questions, I will try to assist.
First of all, I am not an expert relative to the education system in the UK, so, I can not help you with questions about that system.
As far as the MBA program, the duration depends a bit on what prerequisites you have had prior to entering the program. Most accredited MBA programs have a semester or two of prerequisites that will have been taken care of IF you have an undergraduate degree in business or the equivalent. I notice that you have a B Com degree, but, I do not know how much business content there is in that degree. If there is little or none, that may add a semester or two to your duration of the MBA degree. In general, most MBA degrees can be finished in about three full semesters, sometimes four, depending on the structure of the program. So, a full year, counting summer, up to two academic years (Fall and Spring for two years).
As far as universities that offer the MBA degree in aviation:
Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida (both in residence and via the internet)
Daniel Webster College, Nashua, New Hampshire, USA (on line)
Dubai Aerospace Enterprise University, United Arab Emirates.
Your eligibility for the MBA in Aviation will depend on each school, but, I believe that, based on your work with the airline, that should allow you entrance into such a degree program.
Best wishes to you,

QUESTION: Thanks a lot for ur answer sir. I am incontact with an aggent for student consultancy he told me that in U.K the MBA or MS will take only 1 year for the completion of the course. I want to know what is the or difference in MBA and MS degree? As per your previous answer to me the prerequisites programme I relally do not have any idea about that, so if you would explain me the term would be really fruitful to me..
AnswerHi,
As far as the difference between the MBA and the MS degree in general (not necessarily in the UK, but, in the USA) is that the MBA degree will have business prerequisites and requirements while the MS degree will not. The MS degree requirements (including prerequisites) will depend on the field that the degree is offered within.....Also, a key point is that there are specific degree components of the MBA that must be met by any university that offers it, while an M. S. degree is more general and can apply to any field that is science-related.
I hope that this helps.
