Question
sir,i have'nt done my graduation in aviation feild and now i m thinking to do m.b.a. aviation management from australia. i want to know that would it be beneficial to do it and would i be able to get a proper job after it.is this course have a wide scope in aviation industry

Answer
Hi,

I am not sure that I can assist you very much.  I do not know anything about an aviation MBA program in Australia.  But, in general, an MBA is a good degree to have in general in industry.....an aviation MBA would generally prepare you for a managerial role in aviation.  The aviation industry is, of course, looking for people who have a technical knowledge or a working knowledge of their industry.  So, obtain as much aviation knowledge as you can get out of the aviation MBA as possible.  As far as the wide scope of aviation, remember there are four main parts to the aviation industry, depending on where you are in the world:

Aviation or Aerospace Manufacturing (Boeing, Airbus and their suppliers)

Airlines

General Aviation (all that flying other than the airlines and the military)

Government Aviation (Military and Civilian)...on the civilian side there are aviation government regulators and also airports

Keep the above structure in mind when you are looking for that first job.

All the best to you,

David A. NewMyer
