Question
hi as i am a student i need help, i want to be a pilot but i don't know where should i go when i finished grade 12. i am now 15 years old and in grade 10. or maybe is there a possibilty of being a pilot without finishing grade 12?

Answer
In the United States, you must have a high school diploma for a pilot position with the airlines. Additionally, to be a cometitive candidate you will need at least an associates but preferably a  bachelors degree to be hired.

The airlines use a pilot education to weed out applicants or prioritize them in their applicant pool. Having a degree is important to the airlines as it imples that you have developed study and critical thinking skills.

Therefore, you can expect that without finishing high school mush less any college, you won't be an attractive pilot applicant to any airline.
