Answer
Shreenivas,
I am sorry that you are disappointed with my response.  Let me explain a few things to you.  First off, this is not my area.  I attempted to help you by assisting you as to where you can get the info that you need.  I volunteer my time to assist future and present pilots (read my bio)I answered in a timely manner (within 24 hours)  It is a shame that you do not appreciate when someone offers their time and volunteers to help you. Why you said that I was not polite is a mystery.  Maybe you should read my response again. It was my mistake trying to assist.  I should of simply said that your question was outside my expertise. I sincerely wish you luck with your endeavor.

Hello,
There are many directions that you can go with this.  One would be to attend a school for air traffic controllers.  Here are a couple of web sites to help you get started.
