Question
Hi thre - I am dislexic but am verry good with my hands and have xcellent hand and ey cordinashun.  I'm good at most sports - top 5 in classe but not too bright at tests and exams.  I feel I would make good pilot but am consherned with study - what do you rekkomend?

Answer
Nesshead,
I am glad that you drop me line. Here is the big truth. There is not cleaver and bright pilot. Honestly, there is only trained pilot. What do I mean is the fact that all pilots can not be bright, they are not all cleaver but we are trained almost every month, every 6 months you are recheck your knowledge and flying skills as an professional pilot, you really learn to live with constant checks, reviews, quizes, and so on. So dislexic is OK as ong as you find a way to memorize few small sentences (like engine failire procedure) what to do, you could be pilot.

Good luck in your endovaurs
