Question
I have an AAS and I currently hold CFI,CFII,MEI and im about to start instructing. I know if I'm ever going to make it into a major airline I'm going to at least need a BA. I have found a number of online ways to do this, and considering my future schedule I'm not going to have time to attend classes to obtain said degree. Will an online degree look as good in an interview or even be accepted?

There are many pilot who have been hired with an Associates degree. That said, some airlines require a bachelors degree of their applicants. Even if they only say they 'prefer' one, in a competitive environment you pretty much have to have one to get hired.

A regional captain I know got turned down for a major airline job with only an Associates degree. After doing an online Bachelors degree, they were later hired by the airline. Pretty much as long as you have the 4 yr box checked, they are happy. That said, an "accredited" online program (in any major) would be the way to go as I have heard some airline HR departments prefer them over those online programs that are not.
