Question
If I was arrested twice for DWI when I was 20 and 25 and I apply for a position as an air traffic controller when I'm 30, will those arrests not allow me to get hired? I have no arrests since I was 25. I am really motivated to do well.

I really have no idea. You have to pass a security check to be hired. How old are you now? Age 31 is the cutoff for getting hired as an atc. I would think that after 5 years you should be ok, but that is just my opinion.
