Answer
Hi, Naresh:

Thank you for your question, I will try to assist.

It is funny, but, I just answered a similar question just a few moments ago.....I will try to replicate it here.

A couple of ideas for a student in aviation management who is looking for an internship or cooperative education experience:

1. Join the AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF AIRPORT EXECUTIVES as an "Academic Member" at a cost of $40 US.  Their website is www.aaae.org    You will have to have your son show proof of enrollment in an aviation degree program.  Once he joins, they have a nice listing of airport-related internships that they make available to students.  Also, student members get a twice-monthly newsletter that also has internship and job listings in it.

2.  Go to the website of Southwest Airlines at www.southest.com/careers/internships.html to find out what they have to offer.  Several other airlines also offer internships that relate to aviation management, but, you just have to look at each airline website to see what is listed.  It is getting a bit late to look for such opportunities for this summer....many companies look for summer intern and coop students in the November, December and January timeframe.

Best wishes,
