Question
I am thinking about trying to become an ATC.  I have over
100 college credit-hours, but I do not have a degree.  What
is the best path to becoming an ATC from here?  I am
located in the Philadelphia area.

Answer
Ken,
Go to the FAA website:  http://jobs.faa.gov/Allfaajobs.htm
and look for all sources in the job opening.  If you don't see one at first keep checking back.  Not the one for former ATC's or Mitilary ATC's.  Fill out the online application and if you qualify they will set you up to take the ATSAT.  You have to pass the ATAST to get hired to be an air traffic controller.

Good luck
