Question
Just a real quick question: What type of FAA physical is required to become a certified flight instructor?

Thanks for your time,
Antonio

Answer
Hi Antonio
The Flight Instructor (CFI or CFII)rating is valid only if it is accompanied by a Commercial Pilot Certificate. Therefore, you must have a class II medical. Check out this link to see what it entails.

Hope this helps, Dave
