Question
Thank you for this website I believe alot of people were helped and still being helped.I have a certificate in AIS (aeronautical information services),Currently working as AIS officer in my country and would like to do aircraft maintenance.Are the scholarships available for beginners? I am from Namibia in Southern Africa.

Currently right now scholarships are available for aviation maintenence in USA but limited to USA citizens or holders of green card. For non citizens pricing is slightly higher for training in USA. I am not sure if Namibia has aviation maintenence schools, but thta would be question for somebody in transportation administration of Namibia. I would suggest you to get in cnatct with somebody from Namibia aviation or transportation department to get this answer. They would be able to give you more info about aviation maintenence schools in Namibia.
