Answer Hi Jasmine,
Congrats on your CPL multi-engine. That is fantastic accomplishment. If I do understand correctly you are an US working visa holder. If you are residing in USA there is numerous ways how you can acquire multi-engine time. You can either share time with other students or other FBO pilots on multi-engine airplane, offer your services as an safety pilot in FBO or local flight club, so in that case you both can log PIC time on airplane, make an efort to create an social network with people all around FBO's and flight clubs expecially poeple that has same desire to acquire multi-engine time and try work together with them to accumulate mult-engine time. Also if you decide to become an CFI, and MEI that can help you to acquire additional avenues to accumulate multi-engine and total hours.
Considering your reginal airlines that is also possible, however you have to have at least 100 hrs multi-engine time PIC before you being even considered for an pilot position with regional airlines. Some smaller Part 135 operator will view that 100 hrs, with only 10-20 hrs multi-engine time and that is another way to create multi-engine time too, but those smaller Part 135 operators are usually carry cargo between cities with smaller multi-engine airplane. I would suggest you to check Barron Aviation, Wiggins Airlines, or Ameriflight if you are interested in that opportunities.
Also for more cargo operators, you can google it if you are looking something that is closer where you live.
