Answer
Hi, Tapan:

Nice to hear from you!  With regard to your question about eyesight, I would check with the regulatory authorities in India who license pilots to discover the exact eyesight requirements for licensing of pilots here.  I believe that is the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India at www.civilaviation.nic.in

In general, if you wish to fly for an airline or for military aviation, the eyesight requirements can be more strict in those employment locations.  So, make sure you know the requirments before selecting a path for training as a pilot.

Not becoming a pilot does not necessarily mean that you can not pursue a career in aviation management; however, your instincts are correct in that it is good to have a technical, operations-oriented background in aviation (pilot, aircraft technician, aviation customer service, aviation marketing/sales, etc) in order to move into a more management-oriented career path in aviation or airlines).

Best wishes,
