Hi my boyfriend has sent several applications out searching
for a job he will be graduation with a degree in aviation and
can fly single engine aircrafts. He has however had no
response to his applications I need to know what steps to take
to help him get a job as soon as possible?

Before I can give you advice and suggestions for your boyfriend I need more info. What kind of aviation program what is his background before college. How many flight hours he has?
What kind of job experience he accumulated? Did he ever work in aviation field and so on.
