I am in the final year B.E.Aeronautical Engineering in Anna University India.Recently only came to know about the Aviation Management course in Master's.Please give me guidance/information about the universities available(Foreign and India)..What are the tests i must clear to enter.How is the future job opportunities in this area? Thank you

The MBA in Aviation Management is a fairly new program in many locations.

In India, I know of one major offering and that is by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Dehradun, India.  They offer the MBA in Aviation Management.  They may be reached at www.upes.ac.in

In the USA, the following institutions offer the MBA in Aviation or in Aviation management:

1.  Dowling College, Oakdale, New York

2.  Daniel Webster College, Nashua, New Hampshire

3.  Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida

In most cases, the MBA programs do require a mixture of undergraduate pre-requisite coursework in such subjects as marketing, accounting, finance and so forth.  Check with each institution to see what their specific requirements are.
