AnswerHi, Pradeep:
It is nice to hear from you, I will try to assist!
First of all, recommending a good flying school in the USA is not hard, but, I will break it down into two categories of recommendations:
A. Degree-granting flight schools (where you can also earn a bachelor's degree while flying) are available in the USA. The most comprehensive listing of such schools in one place is on the website of the UNIVERSITY AVIATION ASSOCIATION at www.uaa.aero Once at that site, click on "colleges and universities" and you will see the direct links to approximately 100 such schools. Some of the best ones are: University of North Dakota, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Western Michigan University, Purdue University, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and, Parks College of St. Louis University.
B. Non-degree granting "Pilot Schools" such as Delta Academy (now Aerosim Academy), Flight Safety Academy, ATP Schools, Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, Pan Am Academy and others. In these schools, the pace will be much faster than in a degree-granting school due to the fact that you would not have to take degree-related coursework, only that coursework related to flying.
In either case, you will want to select a school that provides to you the best features of what you are looking for:
1. Cost (best quality for the money spent)
2. Quality of Training, including high quality aircraft and faculty
3. Placement help/good placement record
4. Loans and financial assistance and other help with billing
5. On-site residential housing
I hope that this helps you with the information that you are seeking. Best of luck to you. If you need any additional information, ask another quesiton via AllExperts.com
Sincerely,
