Sorry But I do not have information about Poland medical requirements for commercial pilots. Essentially, each company when hires applicant pilots expecially pilots that need to be trained from beggining till getting license, they do impose numerous medical and previous school requirements, in essence to reduce number of applicants, through rigorous requiments.
I would suggest you to research requirements through the Poland commercial airline operators and get informations right from them.
