Question
Hello: Thank you for your time, consideration, and patience. I am a Junior in High School and would like to pursue a career in Flight. I was thinking about becomming a Pilot, but then, financially wise and starting-salary wise, I think Air Traffic Control suits me better. I would like to know...what steps I should take to reach this goal straight after high school. Got to University, which major to take, the costs involved and so fourth. Thank you, regards. -George.

Answer
Dear George,
I am not really sure about the costs and I guess that each individual program would be different.  For all the information about getting hired as an air traffic controller with the FAA go to http://www.faa.gov/careers/employment/atc.htm
and that site should tell you everything that you need to know.  If you have any further questions you can email me at Dacus@iwon.com

Good Luck
