Answer
Hi,

The University Aviation Associaiton at www.uaa.aero has a publication entitled THE COLLEGIATE AVIATION GUIDE which provides a listing of non-engineering aviation degree programs by type of program:  professional flight, aviation maintenance, aviation management and so forth.  In other words, there are many different degree types related to aviation that are available out there.

Job titles that are out there in aviation vary widely and include such things as airport manager, professional airline pilot, in-flight service manager, customer service manager, airport planner, business manager, analyst, corporate planner, product support specialist, aviation maintenance manager, etc.

I would recommend a course to you in an aviation field that you are interested in....the one I am closest to is aviation management.  It is offered at the baccalaureate degree level in the USA at over 60 universities and colleges.  See the UAA Collegiate Aviation Guide mentioned above for more details.
