"...a degree that involves the buisness side of aviation (like working in the buisness side of delta) what would be the degree to major in?"

That would be an Aviation Management degree. Some schools have several types (logistics, cargo, airport). You previously mentioned Embry Riddle, so heck out their online catalog for some ideas of the types pf management programs available. Also, any school at http://www.uaa.com would be a good place to see what degree programs are out there. (The schools websites are not listed on this directiry for some reason but you can search the net for a site by name.)  Here is one from that list in Georgia:

Georgia Aviation Technical College at http://www.gaaviationtech.edu

"Also i want to be a pilot [working] in Atlanta. What airlines other than Delta and Airtran [have] [domiciles] in Atlanta."

One: Atlantic Southeast Airlines/Delta Connection
ATL is simply not a base for other airlines as they have left it to Delta & Air Tran to fight over.

If you want to do this as a career, you need to be open to the fact that you may very well not get hired by a company with a base where you want to live. This career is very transient and a great many people do not work where they live. Pilots will often go to several of the companys bases during their time at just one airline.
