At ZMP is the MSAW alarm volume control at each individual indicator or is it set by a master volume control? If it is set at each indicator, is there a minimum volume level to shich you can set it or can you turn the volume totally off?

Hi Rick,
    I don't really know how to answer your question. I have seen the MSAW alert go off a lot of times and to my knowledge there is no audible alert.  The data block will blink, just as if the conflict alert was going off between two aircraft, and the radar scope will depict an MSAW alert. There are a number of volume controls on the sector, but most of them have to do with external areas other than the radar display.
