Answer
Hi, Jorge:

Nice to hear from you, I will try to assist!

With regard to working for a flight training academy in order to get a break on your fight training costs, I would check with such schools as Flight Safety Academy, Delta Academy, Southeastern Flight Academy, Pan Am International Flight Academy, and Sierra Academy.  I am not sure if they have such a program, but, they might.

Also, think of aviation-oriented universities in the same way.  Most of them have a maintenance shop for their flight training aircraft and need mechanics to work for them.  If you work for the shop, you might eventually qualify for some sort of tuition break.....

As far as scholarships, there are two key sources:

1.  COLLEGIATE AVIATION SCHOLARSHIP LISTING can be ordered from the University Aviation Association at (334) 844-2434 or by emailing them at uaa@auburn.edu

2.  Check this website:  www.avscholars.com

It has good aviation-related financial aid and scholarship information.

Best wishes to you,
