Question
On 61.123 (c)(1) it says that conducted the required ground training or reviewed the persons home study on the aeronautical knowledge. What is the home study program?

Hello again Korey,
The home study program is a course like the "King Schools" You must have heard from them by now. I have strong feelings against this type of training since you train to the test. You are much better off learning from a "seasoned" flight instructor. This way you will be able to get your questions answered with a meaninful discussion.
