Question
I recently got my o'level results and did considerably very well attaining A and B grades.

My questions are:
1)I have started studying Math Chem and economics and wanted to find out if i could still qualify for cadet programs since they stress for Physics
2)i would also like to find out if you know of any organisations/banks/colleges/universities that offer full training funding to international students

Answer
Dear Kudzie:

Congratulations on your O level exam results!  As ofr the cadet programs you refer to, I am not sure what you are asking about.  Cadet programs in the military or am I misunderstanding your question.  Please elaborate for me.

As for full funding of international students, normally there are funds available from the following:

1.  Your nation of origin will select a few key students to study abroad in key subject areas.  If aviation is one of them, they will pay for you to attend school.  Information should be available from your national government or from your local school as to how to apply for such funding.

2.  Some aviation-oriented universities who work closely with international students do have scholarships available for students.  Two of these are:

A.  Cranfield University in England
B.  Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, USA

You might also check these two general sources of funding information for college aviation study:

A.  This website:  www.AvScholars.com  (this site has good general information on funding a college aviation program)

B.  This publication:  COLLEGIATE AVIATION SCHOLARSHIP LISTING from the University Aviation Association.  Email them at uaa@auburn.edu for more information.

Best wishes to you,

Sincerely,
