Question
How would i go about building hours in a turbine business jet? and how many hours would be required to get a job flying one? are propeller multi engine certifications the same as turbine?
Can u explain the whole process? Im new at this.

It is tough no doubt,I do assume that you are in US, and in requirements to get an job in turbine business jet are very high. Acually higher then for regional airlines as an F/O, actually much more higher.
Usually the business jet corporation that hiring an pilot looking an pilot who has a lot of hours in same type of business jet (usually more then 200 or more hrs), and usually they have about 4000 or 5000 hrs total. The an sample are NetJets who actually hiring minimimus are 2500 hrs with at least a few hundreds hours in multi and jets. Higher the better.
Another way is if you get lucky and have an friend or you know some other friend who is flying an business jet that can actually recommend you to company as an F/O or similar, so at least you can log some turbine time.
