i had finished my mechanical engg in a reputed univ in india on 2005...
then i was woking in dubai in the sales for almost two yrs.... as i
hav a great interest in doin my mba.... and like workin with the aviation
induatry... i would like to join in for aviation management.... could
u just tell me hw the course is and if there are good job openings..
and could u also pleaase suggest me a a college in australia

Unfortunately, I do not know about schools in Australia...I would simply do a google or yahoo search of such schools to see what is available.

As for what an MBA program in aviation is like:  It is a mixture of two things;  general business courses that use aviation and airline examples; and, specific aviation-related courses such as airline management, advanced airport administration and so on.  Generally, the job openings with airlines are in such things as inside and outside sales/marketing; customer service management; station management; human relations/people departments; fleet and corporate planning.  With airports, you can work in airfield operations, airport marketing, airport planning and airport fiscal administration.  There are also good jobs with aerospace manufacturers and aviation outsourcing companies (companies that provide maintenance and support services to airlines and corporate aviation).  You might want to check these websites:
