Question
Hello david this is Nick Schulte and i just had a few questions about your actual career as a flight instructer and director of a flight academy.  What is the necessary education needed for the job?  What are the employer expectations?  What is your current salary and what was your starting salary?  What are your normal hours you work each day?  Is travel necessary in your career and if so how long are you normally gone?  Is there a good job security for your career?  And is there a possibiliy of relocation?  I will use this information for a college class research paper.  Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to my questions.

Answer
Hello Nick,
First of all, I am the owner of the school.  I have a degree in aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  I have worked as a flight instructor for 17 years and have over 6,000 hours instruction given time.  Because of my situation, most of your questions do not apply to me.  I am sorry that I can't be of more help.  I just don't fit your profile.
