Answer
Hi shane
There is a few web sites that you can search to see what is involved in an First Class Medical exam. Here is the some web material that you can resarch:

http://www.leftseat.com/FAAforms.htm

http://www.faa.gov/pilots/become/medical/

http://flightphysical.com/Exam-Guide/Synopsis.htm

And of course detailed specifications for medical requirements could be located in FAR (Federal Aviation Requirements) Part 67. You can find this FAR book in pilot shops or some Bookstores like Barnes and Nobles.

Good Luck
