if a person has got power in his eyes and with the help of laser operation he reduces his power so can he become a piolet

I am not 100% sure what you are asking but I believe you want to know if it is ok to have Lasik Surgery.
The FAA is still NOT recommending this procedure for Pilots because of unknown longterm effect on the eyes.
The FAA is always reviewing their policies and may one day lift this restriction.
