i'd like asking you about grant program ..because i had difficulties to find ATC grant program

Dear Harry,
I am not aware of any grant programs for air traffic controllers. The only way I know to get hired is through the FAA. Their website is: http://www.faa.gov/careers/employment/jobinfo.htm
