dear sir
i am from india and have just finshed my graduation in aeronautical engineering with avionics as main subject. i need to know that how shud i proceed next as i m in doubt that shud i go in maintenance stream in airlines or shud i go in research and development. moreover shud i write licence exams or shud i go for masters in avionics in US or UK. kindly guide me. also do the airlines give more importance to licence than aeronautical engineering degree? kindly help me

Thank you for your question.
I will only be able to give you limited advise. To get more info you should probably contact a Guidance counselor or Human resource person, since they will have more insight in this area!
Getting your Masters is always a good idea but you can always get it while you are working with a company, this way they may even pay for portions of the degree.
Otherwise it depends on the field you want to work in, R&D is great if you like the science side of things and engineering is great if you like the manufacturing side of things, so it is up to you.
